WHOLE BRAIN INTEGRATION is a mid brain activation workshop through which the co-ordination of both sides of our brain gets highly enhanced. After the midbrain activation, the person becomes more and more efficient with the different sets of qualities that both sides of our brain has and are good at. BRAIN STIMULATION / MID-BRAIN THEORY : There are 2 parts of the brain – the Right brain and the Left brain. As we all use either the right side of the body or the left side of our body more often, our opposite side of the brain is developed. That means the left brain of Righties is more developed whereas the right brain of Lefties is more developed. Comparatively, people are able to utilize the functions any one side of the brain more than the other side of the brain. According to the theory of the Left or the Right brain dominance, each side of the brain controls different types of functions. A person whose left brain is more dominant is said to be more logical, analytical and objective. It also includes critical thinking, dealing with numbers, reasoning. Whereas a person whose right brain is more dominant is said to be more Intuitive, thoughtful and subjective. It also includes expressing emotions and creativity. But the latest research shows that abilities in subjects such as Math are actually strongest when both halves of the brain work together. The Brain Music workshop facilitates activation of the mid-brain through which the co-ordination between both sides of the brain is greatly enhanced and we can utilize the potential of our Whole Brain.
